Paylit is a commission tracking tool that helps sales professionals verify whether they have been paid correctly by comparing paystub data against their compensation plan and logged sales activity. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
We use your data exclusively to provide the Paylit service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Paylit provides estimates and calculations based on the data you supply. These results are intended as a starting point for your own review — not as legal, financial, or accounting advice. You must independently verify any discrepancies with your employer before taking action. We make no warranty, express or implied, that calculations are error-free or that they reflect your actual compensation obligations under your employment agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paylit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to lost wages, lost profits, employment disputes, or actions taken in reliance on service output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless we are required to retain it by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
